• First name and email address — when you register for or purchase any program on this site (The 21-Day Reset, 5 Days to Transform Your Gut, or the Detox & Reset Method).
• Payment information — processed securely through Mollie. We do not store your payment details on our servers.
• Program activity data — your daily check-ins, journal entries, tracker data, and reflections submitted through the program dashboard. This data is stored securely and linked to your access code.

How we use your data

Your first name and email address are used to:

• Deliver your program access code and welcome materials
• Send daily program emails during your active program
• Send program-related reminders (such as access expiration notices)
• Inform you about future programs and offers from Detox & Reset Method
• Add you to our newsletter for plant-based wellness content and updates

We will never sell your data or share it with third parties for marketing purposes.

Program reflections and testimonials

At the end of each program, you may be asked to share a written reflection about your experience. By submitting a reflection, you grant Detox & Reset Method permission to use your reflection, along with your first name only, in marketing materials including but not limited to: the program website, social media, email campaigns, and promotional content.

Your last name and email address will never be published or shared publicly.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses essential cookies to maintain your login session and save your program progress. We do not use third-party tracking cookies for advertising purposes.

If we run advertising campaigns through Meta (Facebook/Instagram), those platforms may use their own tracking pixels on our site. You can manage your ad preferences through your Facebook or Instagram settings.
